ADS has a wide knowledge and experience in the Petroleum industry. Our understanding of the petrol retail market's evolving nature has ensured that our approach is always innovative. We strive to maximise the potential on all sites ensuring that our fuel stations become retail destinations in their own right.

We work closely with some of the major independent forecourt operators and our sites include the brands BP, Total, Esso & Shell.

Our forecourts have incorporated retail partnerships with Subway,
Starbucks, Burger King, KFC and McDonalds.

Drive Through Dining

ADS has extensive experience in roadside dining having opened restaurants for McDonalds, KFC, Burger King, Subway and Starbucks.

Along with the many standalone Drive Thru restaurant developments, ADS has pioneered the introduction of fast food onto the forecourt. The incorporation of major franchises into petrol station retail buildings has helped to diversify the forecourt business model and significantly raised the potential profitability of forecourt development.

Motorway Service Areas

ADS has recently designed the complete redevelopment of Rivington Services, Northbound and Southbound on the M61.

The centrepiece of the development is a bespoke, contemporary amenity building featuring a convenience store and foodcourt. A BP branded forecourt, state-of-the-art business centre and redeveloped travel hotel will complete the development.

Our roadside development experience helps us to understand motorist's varying needs. Extensive parking for all vehicles, sensitively designed landscape areas, up-to-date business facilities, retail choice and convenience and good food help us to create a relaxing sanctuary for motorists.

Car Dealership Design

ADS is experienced in all areas of car dealership design. We have designed a number of state-of-the-art Dealerships to the requirements of corporate motor companies such as Ford, Mazda, Land Rover and Kia.

Our accurate understanding of both car retail and servicing enables us to cover all aspects of car dealership design and provide fully integrated developments.

Our experience in designing car workshops and service centres has seen us develop a real specialism in the field. An understanding of servicing workflow and work processes enable us to both accurately and quickly deliver to a client's needs and offer advice on how best to achieve a successful work environment.
